[美國NCI線上工作坊] 癌症AI研究：解決未完善數據的電腦分析方法 (4/3~4/4)

       美國國家癌症研究所(National Cancer Institute, NCI)將於4月3日至4日舉辦線上工作坊，主題為「癌症AI研究：解決未完善數據的電腦分析方法」(Cancer AI Research: Computational Approaches Addressing Imperfect Data)。本次研討會將強調利用跨領域研究帶領人工智慧(AI)的進步，例如機器學習(Machine learning)以及其他形式的AI技術，以加速癌症研究與技術開發，並協助於早期檢測和診斷技術的改善。研討會將於台灣時間4月3日、4日晚間11點進行，歡迎對相關議題有興趣者連結至註冊網頁免費報名參加。

1. Integrating classical structure prediction with machine learning towards drug discovery
2. Chemical, genetic, and mechanical perturbations for understanding mechanisms in cancer: Extrapolating beyond existing data
3. Multimodal learning in data limited contexts: Leveraging tissue-level data for understanding cell-cell interactions in cancer

第二天, 4/4 (11 pm to 3:30 am)

1. Making use of large-scale, structured clinical research data and image repositories
2. Improving modeling of real-world evidence data in clinical research and clinical trial design
