[NC3Rs線上研討會] 人類骨關節炎的體外模型 (3/15, 22:00)

       英國國家實驗動物3R研究中心(National Centre for the Replacement, Refinement & Reduction of Animals in Research, NC3Rs)將於2023年3月15日舉辦免費線上研討會，主題是：「CRACK IT骨晶片挑戰賽：人類骨關節炎的體外模型」(CRACK IT Challenge webinar: An in vitro model of the human osteoarthritic joint)。此次NC3Rs的CRACK IT骨晶片挑戰賽(The Osteo-Chip Challenge)重點關注人類骨關節炎(Osteoarthritis, OA)的3D體外模型開發，並應用於新興療法的臨床前測試。研討會內容主要介紹模擬損傷發生時引發關節炎的模型平台，以及其觀察到的軟骨損傷之生物標誌物和分子特徵。研討會於台灣時間晚間10:00~11:00進行，歡迎有興趣者至註冊網頁報名參加。

       NC3Rs的骨晶片挑戰賽(The Osteo-Chip Challenge)於2016年發起的一項兩階段的競賽計劃，是由GSK贊助，以及Versus Arthritis和EPSRC共同資助。目的是在開發一種概括人類骨關節炎(osteoarthritis, OA)的體外模型，用於相關病理研究和藥物開發。
