- 三萜皂苷(Triterpene saponins)、甘草甜素(Glycyrrhizin)、甘草次酸(Glycyrrhetic acid)。
- 黄酮類(Flavonoids)、甘草素(Liquiritigenin)、異甘草素(Isoliquiritigenin)。

補脾益氣、清熱解毒、祛痰止咳、緩急止痛、調和諸藥 |
注意事項 |
- 大劑量或長期服用可致水腫、高血壓、低血鉀、低鉀性肌病等假醛固酮增多症[2]。
- 避免與下列西藥合併使用:Amiloride、Cyclosporin、Digoxin、Methotrexate、Midazolam、Spironolactone、Taxol [3-6]。與下列西藥合併使用,須調整劑量:Aspirin、Ibuprofen、Lidocaine、Nitrofurantoin或Streptomycin [3, 7, 8]。
- 其甘草甜素(Glycyrrhizin)每天的食用量不可超過 100毫克,每批的產品皆須進行數據檢驗。除非有開立處方簽,否則不可服用超過六個星期以上[9-13]。
